Jason Apple 
Senior Director
Jason Apple, a Senior Director at Riveron Consulting, is primarily responsible for business development and marketing activities. Through his nearly twenty years of private equity, merger and acquisition, investment banking, and valuation consulting experience, he has worked with numerous private and public companies across a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, healthcare, and business services.
Today, he is responsible for promoting Riveron’s core buy-side, sell-side, and post-transaction financial consulting services by leading the firm’s business development strategy in the Midwest. Jason works to build meaningful, long-term relationships with key prospects and clients to ensure business issues are identified and appropriate Riveron solutions are delivered.
Jason is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University in 1993, followed by a master of business administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management. He joined Riveron after serving Houlihan Lokey as a senior vice president in its Financial Sponsor Coverage Group. Other previous positions include: business development executive for Deloitte & Touche, director of M&A for Commerce One, investment professional for Corporate Investments Group at Equity Group Investments, and valuation services professional for Price Waterhouse.
