Bryan is a Partner at Riveron Consulting and responsible for strategic initiatives, practice development and client service. He has over twenty years of experience in various senior finance roles. He has been involved in many commercial industries including real estate, manufacturing and transportation, with a strong emphasis within the energy sector. He has been responsible for numerous financing transactions both domestically and abroad.
Bryan brings extensive transaction expertise to client engagements with a view towards practical solutions for long-term value creation. Having raised over $5 billion in debt and equity capital and been involved in numerous M&A transactions, Bryan brings a broad understanding of the business issues to certain complex client engagements. At the same time, his corporate management experience provides hands-on knowledge of day-to-day business needs.
Prior to joining Riveron, Bryan served as Chief Financial Officer for Panda Energy International during fourteen years with the company and prior to that spent over five years with Arthur Andersen in the audit and financial consulting practice. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Bryan is originally from the Midwest, but calls Dallas, Texas home.
