Greg is a Senior Director at Riveron Consulting and responsible for client service. His fifteen years of experience include leadership roles providing public accounting and consulting services to both public and private companies. He has served a variety of industries including travel / transportation, electronic retail and merchandising, broadcasting, insurance, construction, and manufacturing and distribution.
Today, he is responsible for serving clients, recruiting and developing Riveron consultants, and leading teams in the field. Greg creates loyalty among clients by combining a logical approach to understanding business issues with an ability to effectively communicate associated challenges and practical solutions. His focus areas include acquisitions, divestitures, pro forma modeling, process review and analysis, internal audit, audit assistance, and due diligence.
Prior to joining Riveron, Greg most recently purchased, operated and re-built, then successfully sold a commercial construction subcontract business. His previous nine years were spent in the travel industry at American Airlines and Travelocity in roles ranging from internal audit to hotel product marketing director. Greg began his career at Ernst & Young. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas Christian University in 1992. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and is a native of Eastland, Texas.
