Jason is a Director at Riveron Consulting and primarily responsible for the firm's business development and marketing. His seventeen years of private equity, mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, and valuation consulting experience include working with numerous private and public companies across a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, healthcare, and business services.
Today, he is responsible for promoting Riveron's core buy-side, sell-side, and post-transaction financial consulting services by leading the firm's business development strategy in the Midwest. Supporting the responsibilities of Riveron's client service teams, Jason works to build meaningful, long-term relationships with key prospects and clients to ensure business issues are identified and appropriate Riveron solutions are delivered.
Prior to joining Riveron, Jason served Houlihan Lokey as a Senior Vice President in its Financial Sponsor Coverage Group. Other previous positions include: Deloitte & Touche as a Business Development Executive, Director of M&A for Commerce One, Equity Group Investments in its corporate investments group, and Price Waterhouse in its valuation services practice. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University in 1993 and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management. Jason is a native of Cleveland, Ohio.
