Kevin is a Partner at Riveron Consulting and serves as strategic advisor and legal counsel. The majority of his experience falls within the energy sector, having worked more than ten years as Senior Director of Development and Finance of an independent power company. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer of an entertainment company with a focus on turnaround activities that led to significant cash flow improvements.

For select engagements within the energy industry, Kevin brings expertise to our clients and support to our service teams by providing operational and financial diligence leadership as needed. Having raised over $3 billion in debt and equity capital in his career, Kevin has a proven track record of executing large, complex transactions and our clients appreciate the experience he brings to energy-related deals.

Prior to joining Riveron, Kevin served in various finance and development roles for Panda Energy International for ten years and Koch Industries as a regional manager of business development for two years. He earned degrees from the University of Oklahoma including a bachelor’s degree in finance in 1990, and both a master of business administration and law degree in 1994. Kevin is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
