Baker joins Riveron’s financial consulting staff

Dallas, July 1, 2010 – Andrew Baker, CPA, has joined the financial consulting staff of Riveron Consulting (www.riveronconsulting.com), a financial consulting firm serving private equity funds and firms that are growing through strategic acquisitions. Baker, who was named a manager on the consulting staff, will be responsible for providing a variety of services to Riveron’s clients, including due diligence analysis, post integration counsel, and merger and acquisition consulting.

Prior to Riveron, Baker worked in the Financial Advisory Services group at AlixPartners LLP of Dallas where he was a vice president and performed a number of forensic accounting, restructuring and other consulting services. He has also served as a senior associate with KPMG LLP in its Dallas office.

Baker is a graduate of Baylor University where he earned a Master’s Degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.
