Riveron Consulting expands client services staff

Dallas, April 18, 2011 – Riveron Consulting (www.riveronconsulting.com), a financial consulting firm serving private equity funds and firms that are growing through strategic acquisitions, has named Jason Roberts a manager in the firm’s consulting department. He will be a major contributor on financial modeling and strategic planning and analysis.
Roberts was formerly a senior analyst in the Corporate Strategy Group of Healthmarkets/Insphere Insurance Solutions. He also served as senior analyst at Greatwide Logistics Services where he constructed valuation models, developed best practices for due diligence and integration processes, and served as an active member of the corporate development team.
Roberts has a Master’s of Business Administration in International Finance from Thunderbird, American Grad School of International Management and a Bachelor’s of Arts in History from Indiana University.
