Riveron continues to expand its leadership and staff

New director and associate named to Dallas firm
Dallas, August 30, 2010 – Stephen Hamilton has been named a director at Riveron Consulting (www.riveronconsulting.com), a financial consulting firm serving private equity funds and firms that are growing through strategic acquisitions. In addition, Dara Griffin has joined the firm as an associate on the consulting staff.
Hamilton will bring a wealth of financial and international experience to Riveron, having served as the chief financial officer or vice president of finance for multiple firms in and around Dallas. He has also worked as a financial consultant for Grant Knauth LLP. He started his career as a manager with the accounting firm, Ernst & Young LLP. He is a chartered accountant in Canada and has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Griffin will be involved with diligence and post-transaction services at Riveron. She comes to Riveron from Quorum Business Solutions, where she was a senior financial analyst. In addition, she has worked as an accounting analyst for Blockbuster and as an external auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. She has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Baylor University in accounting and human resource management. She is a certified public accountant (CPA).
