Dallas, November 12, 2010 - In response to increasing merger and acquisition activity in North Texas and growing demand for the firm’s services, Riveron Consulting (www.riveronconsulting.com) has added three new professionals to its consulting staff. William Davenport joins the firm as a director, Nikki Lewis was named a manager and Ryan Kimbro has assumed the duties of an associate. Riveron is a financial consulting firm serving private equity funds and companies that are growing through strategic acquisitions.

“As the local and regional economy has regained its footing, we’ve seen a great deal of pent up demand for mergers and acquisitions,” said Landon Smith, managing partner of Riveron. “By expanding our staff with high-caliber professionals like these three individuals, Riveron will be able to continue offering the top quality financial consulting services that our clients have come to expect. As the recovery continues, capital markets understand the landscape, and federal tax laws take shape, we anticipate that the number of deals will accelerate even further. When that happens, we will be ready.”

Davenport will be a director in Riveron’s rapidly growing strategic planning and analysis (SP&A) practice, where he will provide clients with strategic planning, complex business modeling, financial analysis, business plan development and review, forecasting and budgeting, and integration services. As a manager, Lewis will deliver due diligence and post-transaction services at Riveron.
