Riveron promotes three consultants

Dallas, July1, 2010 – Riveron Consulting (www.riveronconsulting.com), a financial consulting firm serving private equity funds and firms that are growing through strategic acquisitions, has promoted three professionals on its consulting staff to more senior positions.

Chris Jantz has been named a senior manager. Jantz has successfully produced or contributed to numerous analytical, modeling and due diligence projects for various clients. Previous to joining Riveron, Jantz was a financial analyst for Enron, PBL Capital, Greatwide Logistics and Trinity Industries, where he honed his financial planning and analysis, merger and acquisition, and corporate strategy skills.
Josh Zietz has been promoted to manager. Zietz has worked on a number of client projects involving financial statement preparation and audit, due diligence analysis, and accounting support. Before joining Riveron, Zietz worked in the Assurance Practice at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is also actively involved in the community as a volunteer, having assisted Theater Three of Dallas with budget preparation, and reporting and policy procedure development.
Renee Reed has been named a senior associate by Riveron. During her time with the firm, she has assisted clients with the preparation of financial statements and various reports, performed account reconciliations, and gathered and analyzed due diligence data. She came to Riveron from the Assurance Practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In addition, Reed is involved in community service through the Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas, the Dallas chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and other local organizations.
