Riveron promotes three consultants

Dallas, March 23, 2011 – Riveron Consulting (www.riveronconsulting.com), a financial consulting firm serving private equity funds and firms that are growing through strategic acquisitions, has promoted three professionals on its consulting staff to more senior positions.
Chris Jantz has been named practice leader of the Strategic Planning and Analysis Practice. Jantz has successfully produced or contributed to numerous analytical, modeling and due diligence projects for various clients. Previous to joining Riveron, Jantz was a financial analyst for Enron, PBL Capital, Greatwide Logistics and Trinity Industries, where he honed his financial planning and analysis, merger and acquisition, and corporate strategy skills.
Andy Baker has been promoted to senior manager. Baker has worked on a number of client projects involving forensic accounting, due diligence, and modeling. Before joining Riveron, Baker was a vice president in the Financial Advisory Services Practice of AlixPartners, LLP. He is also actively involved with the Dallas chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
Renee Reed has been named a manager by Riveron. During her time with the firm, she has assisted clients with the preparation of financial statements and various reports, performed audit prep work, and gathered and analyzed due diligence data. She came to Riveron from the Assurance Practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In addition, Reed is involved in community service through the Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas, the Dallas chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and other local organizations.
