Swain joins Riveron Consulting as a senior manager

Dallas, January 18, 2011 – Riveron Consulting (www.riveronconsulting.com), a financial consulting firm serving private equity funds and firms that are growing through strategic acquisitions, has named Jennifer Swain a senior manager in the firm’s consulting department. She will be a major contributor on transaction due diligence, post-transaction integration, advisory services, merger and acquisition consulting, and other types of projects.
A CPA, Ms. Swain was formerly a director at FTI Consulting where she worked in the areas of corporate finance and restructuring. In addition, she performed financial analyses, constructed financial models and compiled cash flow forecasts. She has also served as the financial controller for DuPre Industries and as a lead auditor for Union Pacific Resources.
“At a time when the global economy continues to recover, it is critical that we are able to keep pace with the demand for our quality consulting services,” said Landon Smith, managing partner at Riveron. “Jennifer will help us do that. She has the kind of background and work experience that our clients need and we are always looking for. We expect that she will become an integral part of the Riveron team very quickly.”
Ms. Swain has a Master’s of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
