As a Director at Riveron Consulting, Todd performs client service, leads teams in the field, and recruits and develops Riveron consultants. His primary responsibilities include due diligence, financial analysis, and post transaction integration support. Todd takes a very practical approach to gathering information and solving business problems, working collaboratively with the client to find solutions that work within their existing business environment, while at the same time, looking for opportunities to improve the client's existing business processes. His focus areas include due diligence, business process evaluation, operations management, strategic planning, complex business modeling, forecasting and budgeting, business analysis, and technical financial reporting advisory assistance.

Todd brings over eleven years of diverse experience in finance and accounting industry positions, plus leadership roles providing financial and consulting services to both public and private companies. Prior to joining Riveron, Todd served Sabre Holdings for 9 years in various leadership positions within the finance department, primarily focusing on business development opportunities and improving financial forecasting and management reporting. Throughout his career, Todd has served clients predominantly in the travel and transportation and technology industries.

Todd earned a bachelor's degree in Communications from Baylor University in 1994 and Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1998. He is a native of Tucson, Arizona.
