Tanya is Director of Human Capital at Riveron Consulting. Tanya is responsible for leading the firm's efforts toward recruiting, evaluating, and hiring Riveron professionals. She is also responsible for designing, implementing, and improving human resources processes such as new employee orientation, career development, continuing professional education, and employee compensation and benefits.
Tanya began her career at Ernst & Young in its assurance and advisory practice. After serving in a client service role for five years, she made a switch to Human Resources. Tanya served as Director of Campus Recruiting, heading up the recruitment and hiring of college graduates at major US and Texas universities for nearly three years. Taking the knowledge gained in recruiting, Tanya next worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ernst & Young for three years. In this role, her responsibilities included developing retention programs for employees, conducting employee training and orientation, calculating compensation, and auditing the firm's human resources processes. After a brief time at home with her young children, she joined Riveron in September of 2007.
Tanya earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Baylor University and is a native of Beaumont, TX.
